Nothing

It’s ok to do nothing. Every day  or any day or any time of day can have a nothing part. That’s ok. Watching tv, staring at a flower, resting on the yoga mat, watching the lake, all ok. Sitting and singing, focusing on your “anchor”, that’s ok. Not solving a problem or preparing ahead, that’s ok. You are smart enough to figure it out in the moment. You don’t need to prepare ahead for every variable. Watching fun cartoons any time of the day, ok. Floating on the water, ok. Watching the crows move about, ok. Not barking at dogs walking by, ok. Watching a baby sleep, oooo so ok. Watching a puppy sleep, so cute ok. Drawing just to draw, ok. Humming just to hum, ok. Everything you do doesn’t have to be justified or defended. Do what you need for your body to rest. Don’t let chatter or judgements of others rule your rest. Let yourself rest whenever you can because you deserve it and you are worthy. God or the soul of the universe isn’t asking for perfection or being a super whatever, it’s just asking you to be, alive, loving, bringing kindness. You can just be regular you, resting and restoring when you need to; pouring yourself into life, getting that work done, when you can; then returning again to rest and restore. All ok.
